except no one writes like that. :(
-
The number of right angles in the shape of the numbers is equal to the number
-
Actually, that was how it was supposed to look. When the ancient Phonecians made this number system, that was how the design was made, by counting the angles.
-
I got 45
-
HOW THE FUCK DO YOU WRITE A "0"
-
Number 4 actually has 6 angles.
-
no one writes NINES like that :|
-
7 is wrong
-
i remember in 5th grade my teacher said something like this.... i never got it till now
-
I have a life..
-
but the numbe 0 has 4 right angles??
-
It took me like five minutes to work out what it said :L
-
I LEARNED THIS IN KINDERGARTEN
-
it is possible to do a 0 because it has no right angles
-
To the guy who said that four is six, they're counting the 90 degree angles dipshit.
-
10 = 5 then? and 11 = 2?
-
I write my sevens like that :)
-
We use the Arabic number system and that's how they wrote the number depending on how many angles it had Ex. 9 has 9 angles and 3 has 3 angles
-
7, Z, Side-ways Mountains??
-
And 0 is a circle right?
-
Yeah cause you know i cant the number of right angles in numbers you fvcking idiot.
-
YOU F*CKING SUCK
-
Thats bullshit cause 6 is 9 upside down they just dont count the 9 things
-
maybe if you write your numbers like a little child....
-
This site was made for us to see everyday things in a completely new perspective;that being said, where the **** do you see natural #'s that look like that every day!
-
7 is a little bit contrived don't you think?
-
This is how they used to teach stupid kids to count when I was in elementary school.
-
someone explain this...
-
a "0" would be "I". :)
-
I'm too lazy to even try reading that... I've wasted enough time typing this message and solving captcha... Ugh thanks obama...
-
This is stupid. 6 and 9 should have the same angles, they're the same sign upside down.
-
notice there's no zero, which was a concept originating with the Mayans (I think...)
-
Do the math? I dont get it either...
-
Try 10
-
Learned this in 1st grade, basic start for adding numbers.
-
They didn't have zeroes when people used to write like that.
-
not how people write and 9 has an extra nub just to make it fit the rule
-
You gotta love the poor face of the 2
-
Who the hell writes a 7 like that.
-
I don't get it...
-
This is so lame.
-
Thats how I remembered it.
-
some kinda nazi reference?
-
0 was not a known concept till much later and therefore doesnt apply.
-
how the fuck do you do negatives.
-
people dont know this? that's how the digits in the decimal system were created. each digit has the same number of angles that that digit represents. thats how they used to be drawn but nowadays we just draw it like 123456789.
-
Lets see 10 genius...
-
The one looks more like a seven than the seven does.
-
4 is actually 6, and 0 is 4... Just sayin'.
-
you guys know that 0 wasn't a concept when this was invented, right?
-
Except for the fact Ive never seen anyone draw a 1 or 2 like that. Pretty legit though...
-
"4 is actually 6, and 0 is 4... Just sayin'." Nope, you only count the 90 degree angles.
-
Might want to do a recount on 4 there.
-
Ten would be 1 set of 10. It's still base 10, so 10 is 1 right angle and 0 right angles. Base 10 is confusing, but notice how after 9, we go back to 0, and add a 1 to the 10s place? Well, you have 1 right angle in the 10s and 0 in the ones.
except no one writes like that. :(
