I never understood how that was supposed ot be a Lion when I was a kid! (I'm from the Detroit area) They recently changed the logo though; they added the actual eye and some fangs, as well as a lustrous, flowing mane... and hey, here's a fun fact: The Lion in the Detroit Lions logo is named "Bubbles." so, there's that. Go Honolulu Blue!
